Jointly Driving Scalable Edge AI Solutions to Accelerate Smart Healthcare and Lifestyle Applications

Taipei, June 26, 2025 — PESI Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “PESI”) and Amazing Chip Semiconductor Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “ACS”) today announced a strategic partnership to integrate ACS’s self-developed AISOM (AI System on Module) into PESI’s existing Set-Top Box (STB) platforms, accelerating modular adoption and deployment of edge AI computing technologies. The two parties will jointly expand into smart domains such as smart home, healthcare, security monitoring, and interactive retail, building scalable and replicable AI terminal solutions and creating a new paradigm for product upgrades.

This collaboration focuses not only on module integration and deployment but also opens up three key axes of cooperation in technology, applications, and market development. Together, PESI and ACS will create commercially viable, cross-domain edge AI solutions. As the provider of the AISOM module platform, ACS will work closely with PESI to develop highly integrated, market-ready solutions with cross-domain application potential, establishing a crucial link in the smart device supply chain.

MX100 Module Integrated with STB Platform to Enhance Edge Computing and Expand Smart Application Scenarios

To enhance the edge AI computing capabilities of the STB platform and expand its smart application potential, the MX100 AISOM module developed by ACS—featuring 4TOPS computing power, compute stacking technology, rapid AI model generation tools, and multi-modal model support—will be integrated into various STB platforms under PESI. By combining PESI’s hardware and software development resources and experience, both parties are building an embedded edge computing platform capable of real-time AI inference, multi-modal model deployment, and multi-domain integrated management, serving as the central processing unit for smart devices.

As the designer of AISOM technology and platform provider, ACS plays a key role in the “commercialization of edge AI.” In addition to providing core modules and AI toolchains, ACS actively participates in the integration and design of application solutions and market rollout planning. ACS is committed to building deployable, scalable, and replicable AI terminal solutions to help partners shorten time-to-market, enhance product differentiation, and transition AI applications from the lab to real-world commercial domains.

Application scenarios include home healthcare (e.g., fall detection for the elderly and vital sign tracking), smart security analytics, interactive retail media platforms, and smart domain management—fully addressing diverse edge computing needs across residential and commercial environments.

Enhancing AI Application Systems to Evolve Smart Device Capabilities

PESI will integrate ACS’s MX100 module and AI algorithm models to upgrade existing AI product features, further enhancing system performance and user experience. This collaboration will first be implemented in the following core products:

AI-Care Smart Healthcare System:
Upgrading real-time communication and voice-video interaction capabilities while enhancing health monitoring and intelligent decision-assist mechanisms to improve long-term care and family healthcare services.

iPhO Smart Switchboard:
Incorporating ACS’s voice recognition and AI optimization technologies to support automatic voice transcription, voiceprint recognition, voice guidance, and automatic call routing, thereby optimizing customer service interaction efficiency and experience.

Through the integration of AISOM modules and algorithms, the two companies aim to expand product applications in healthcare and enterprise customer service fields, enabling more natural human-machine interaction interfaces. This realizes an AI strategy characterized by “low latency, high efficiency, and strong privacy,” promoting AI technology’s popularization and personalized deployment.

With technical and application foundations in place, both parties are also initiating strategies for commercialization and industry adoption.

Strategic Implementation Plan and Industry Expansion

To accelerate AISOM module commercialization and broaden its application domains, ACS and PESI will begin concrete implementation plans in the third quarter of 2025.

The following three actions will be taken in parallel:

  • Completion of MX100 module and STB platform integration validation and live demonstrations
  • Initiation of on-site pilot deployments and application tests with strategic customers
  • Joint participation in domestic and international trade shows for smart home, healthcare, and telecommunications industries (e.g., IBC, CES)

ACS anticipates that its AISOM-related product lines will establish a stable revenue base starting in Q4 2025. The company will use commercial results to continuously optimize its in-house chip strategies, enabling edge computing products to better align with industry trends and application scenarios, and accelerating the commercialization and scaling of AI technologies.
